Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for either a return or an exchange, the item must be in new, unworn condition with tags and made within 30 days from purchase.

REQUEST A RETURN/EXCHANGE

 

1. To request a return/exchange (excluding sale items), simply click the link here.

 

2. Please fill in the required details, including your name, order number and email/phone number.

 

3. Upon completion, you will be sent an email with the information required to complete your return and where to send your item/s.

 

4. Once your return has been delivered to us, you will receive an email notification. Please note, it can take up to 3-5 business days to process refunds once received, this can vary greatly between bank/credit card issuers. Exchanges will be shipped out within 1-3 business days once the original items have been delivered to us.

RETURN POLICY CONDITIONS

 

We understand your items may at times be faulty or damaged and you may wish to return your item/s. Subject to the Conditions below, Vital Scrubs agrees as follows:

  • Goods must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unused and unwashed) and include all original packaging.

  • All returns must be accompanied with your invoice as proof of purchase.

  • Vital Scrubs does not accept any liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. It is recommended customers purchase weather proof packaging and a Registered Post sticker from Australia Post for tracking purchases.

  • Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment.

  • Postage is at the customer’s expense.

  • Goods purchased on sale are not eligible for return.

  • Refunds will only be made on items faulty or damaged, proof will need to be provided prior to returning to us to receive an approval for return.

  • No refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases. Please double check you have the correct item/size/style in your cart before purchasing.

EXCHANGE POLICY CONDITIONS

 

We understand your purchase may not be suitable and you may wish to exchange your item/s. Subject to the Conditions below, Vital Scrubs agrees as follows:

  • Goods requested for an exchange must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unused and unwashed) and include all original packaging.

  • All returns must be accompanied with your original invoice as proof of purchase. We will provide you with an updated invoice of the exchanged items.

  • Exchange postage of original items to us is at the customers expense. We cover the cost of shipping the new exchanged items to you.

  • Vital Scrubs does not accept any liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. It is recommended customers purchase weather proof packaging and a Registered Post sticker from Australia Post for tracking purchases.

  • Goods purchased on sale are not eligible for an exchange.

IMPORTANT

Vital Scrubs will assess the goods to determine whether they meet the above conditions for return/exchange.

AFTERPAY EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

  • EXCHANGE: Your return will be processed as per normal and your Afterpay instalments will remain the same

  • REFUND: The refunded amount depends on the current status of your Afterpay payments.

    The total amount of the instalments you have paid will be refunded. Any instalments you have not yet paid will be cancelled.
